My name is Angela K. Arrington-Williams, and I am an Associate Member of the Buffalo Soldier Motorcycle Club, Sacramento Chapter. I have been a member since May 2008 and I love every bit of it. I am married to Christopher "Groceries" Williams who is also an Associate Member working on his full member status. Together we have a 6 year old daughter named Cheyenne. I became interested in becoming a "Soldier" after my husband showed interest.To be honest, I wasn't supportive of my husband getting a bike better yet joining a "Bike Club" for that matter. But when he began chatting with Carl "One G" Goldwire, who is a long time family friend and my old softball coach, and we began attending "Buffalo Soldier" events, and after him showing me that he was trying to do things the "right" way, I said, "okay".

I saw the comradery, the family bond, the realness and the dedication these members have to community service, to upholding a positive image, and spreading the history and the legacy of the "Buffalo Soldiers", that's a beautiful thing. My decision to join was made because of a conversation I had with some of the Women of the "Soldiers" on a Fresno trip. I began to speak about the trials and tribulations of life and my battle with the disease Ulcerative Colitis, they listened. They gave God the glory for me being here and instantly offered their love and support. I want to continue to learn, spread and embrace what I have become part of.
