I was born Maria Dolores Herrera in Sinaloa, Mexico. I am the second oldest of eight (8) children, six boys and two girls.  As a child my family and I moved to the San Diego, CA area where I spent my entire childhood and adult life.  I am the mother of two wonderful girls, Iris and Jaqueline, whom I love with all of my heart.  I will, Lord willing, have my third child sometime in the month of May 2010.  The proud father is "D-Train".  We are praying for a boy but are just thankful that God saw fit to bless us with this opportunity and will give our very best to whatever HE gives us.  On November 4, 2009 I became the Grandmother to a healthy baby boy (Xavier).

 

I first became aware of the Buffalo Soldiers MC through my soul mate, "D-Train".  After riding with them and witnessing, first hand, the dedication to community service and committment to educating others, I made up my own mind and became an Associate Member on October 17, 2009.  It is so much fun riding on the back of our "Horse" (Harley Davidson Road King Classic), and I can't wait for the next appointed time when I'll be able to do it again.  I am very proud of The Buffalo Soldiers and am proud to represent their legacy in the fostering of unity and the building up and education of our communities about the rich history of the Buffalo Soldiers.
